What do we offer...
We offer two serveses:
4. Professional coaching for individuals and groups
Professional Coaching for individuals and groups
Healing Coaching is based on three principles
1. The presumption of prior Freedom and
Wholeness as the core of our Being
2. Communion with that Freedom and Wholeness through whole body
‘remembrance’, relaxation, feeling and breathing
3. Adopting a new behavior that is a reflection of this presumption
of prior Freedom instead of our old patterns of behavior based on the presumption
of separation, a sense of lack of Freedom and Wholeness and endless seeking
programs to ‘get it’. Synchronous with this new behavior is the purification
(or fasting) of old behavior.

1. A person asks for help (generally) when they are in a crisis. The crisis can be
shown in all kinds of ways; as bodily or psychological pain or illness,
fatigue, a general sense of dis-balance, etc. The crisis denotes that the
individual’s system is in dilemma. Something of the old does not work anymore
but the new is not yet embraced as that requires letting go of the old….
As
a matter of fact the assumption of Healing Coaching is (also) that any system
always wants to correct and organizes itself to be more and more in
synche with its prior condition of inherent Freedom and Wholeness. In other
words: it wants to unfold and evolve to a larger whole like a flower bud
inherently wants to flower like the flower that is already given in the bud. But
in the case of ‘human bud’ the pain of not unfolding to a radiant flower must
be greater than the (pseudo) ‘comfort’ of holding on to the enclosment of the
‘bud’.
In
Healing Coaching we help the individual get in touch with this innate and
inherent state of Freedom and Wholeness that is already at the core. The individual has already had glimpses of it in
his (or her) life. When asked they will come up with the memory of these
glimpses or experiences.
It
is interesting to note that in the recounting of such a memory that memory
becomes alive again in the moment, at least to the extent that the person
starts feeling that same relaxation and expansiveness.
This
now is in contrast with what the person was feeling or telling us about
before…..; the pain of holding on (the ‘bud’). It shows that a different way of
feeling (and therefore) acting, is possible! Not only possible but even
necessary. The insight arises that the old patterns had their use in their time
but are now ‘outdated’ and have to be replaced by new ones…(see Ad 3.)
Ad2. It is now important (obviously) to
keep this (what started as a memory) alive and, in that way, have it be a
starting point for a new behavior that is based on this Freedom or authenticity,
instead of cramp, repetition and the assumption of a ‘problem’. In Healing
Coaching we do this by teaching a certain form of meditation wherein the
participants learn to give their attention, feeling, body and breath to and resonating
with that prior Freedom and Wholeness. A matter of letting go and surrender
that finally can be done under all circumstances.
Ad3. This then is further supported by
adapting to a lifestyle and behavior in general that is an expression of this
prior Freedom instead of a more limiting point of view. What we eat, how we
eat, move, breath, relate, sex, think is all dependent on our point of view and
will reinforce that point of view again and again. This is why our old ways of
going about things must be ‘fasted’ and (therefore) purified. In a relaxed way
all our old patterns are observed; what was good about them is kept what does
not fit anymore is let go off and replaced by more ‘life giving’ an ‘free’
behavior. All this will anchor our new found ‘point of view’
and make that we ‘walk our talk’. At one point the transition from ‘old’ to
‘new’ is done. We know this because we can feel it and others can see it.
This
does not mean that the process now stops; the process goes on all our lives as
Life itself will unfold and flower as us till there is only radiant ‘flowering’
without any obstruction and full transmission through us and as us, to all
other beings.
In the case of a group, group interaction and feedback are involved in this process.
Here the process is integral as well and focuses on better functioning of the individuals and the group as a whole.
We have worked in the past in this way with groups like Vodafone, TNT, Yacht, Randstad and Capgemini (all in Holland. Apart from this we have worked with groups of interested people in the USA (San Francisco, LA, Chicago, Botston, NY, Washington, Atlanta, etc), Germany, France, England, the Tsjech republic and the Netherlands
